About Us

          Nowak Poetry is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation designed to provide inspiration through poems, words and talks to individuals battling cancer, homelessness and other life-threatening situations.  
          Each year, Nowak Poetry produces two books of poetry.  One for cancer survivors and one for the homeless.  Since 2006, Kevin Nowak has had over 800,000 poem books published, and most of these books have been given to those battling cancer and those battling homelessness. 
          Nowak Poetry is about much more than printing inspirational words.  Nowak Poetry provides live talks at cancer-fighting events, homeless missions, addiction recovery centers, family shelters, high schools, homeless teen centers and Boys and Girls Clubs around the country.  Kevin speaks over 100 times each year and has made over 1,200 talks. Kevin's poems have been used at over 7,600 events to fight cancer and homelessness in all 50 states and 16 countries.
          Nowak Poetry has NO paid employees.  100% of Nowak Poetry's funds go to its core cause.  As a charity, Nowak Poetry touches over 300,000 lives each year.
